Dr. Samaras, a former CEO of a MD-based engineering firm for a decade, is a professional engineer, doctor of engineering management (with a minor in industrial and organizational psychology) and an ASQ certified quality engineer. He is a senior member of the Engineering Management Society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and a senior member of the Society for Engineering Management Systems of the Institute of Industrial Engineers. He has academic, industrial, and government management experience and has worked extensively with senior managers in academia, industry, labor, and government. He has also taught graduate courses in a variety of technical management areas at both the George Washington University, Washington, DC and at the University of Southern Colorado. He combines his extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience to achieve problem identification, formulation, and resolution for our clients.
